User Account Freeze & Ban Policies
FieldBase is built for contractors, businesses, and field teams. These policies explain the account actions that may be taken when a user violates platform safety, support, payment, or user-conduct rules.
How account holds work
A freeze temporarily pauses access while the account is reviewed or corrected.
A ban blocks account access for the selected duration or until developer review.
Severe or repeated violations can result in a permanent email/account ban.
